Wall Street 101 is held at the Bentley University campus in Waltham, MA. This 5-day non-residential program provides a fun and interactive opportunity for rising high school students to learn about the financial industry and other business fields, from NASDAQ to IPO to Dow Jones. Through classroom participation and hands-on exercises, students will explore the stock market and discover the process of investment. They will also experience the excitement and challenges of working in a real trading room environment, including participation in industry analysis, portfolio construction and simulated trading sessions.
Binghamton Summer College (BSC) provides an early college experience for academically talented students who have completed their sophomore or junior year. The program will give students a taste of the college experience. They will join an engaged group of students for a one- or two-week program in which they will learn from scholars, researchers and faculty who are making an impact on the world.

The Busch School Summer Business Institute is an exciting week-long educational experience in business innovation, entrepreneurship, leadership, and ethics through the lens of Catholic Social Doctrine. Rising juniors and seniors in high school will have the opportunity to dive hands-on into business principles, competitions, and applications, while experiencing a taste of college life in Washington, DC.
Calder Classics offers high school students interdisciplinary Greek, Latin, and Creative Writing programs abroad, and ONLINE, in the spring and summer. Through an interaction with local art and architecture, all our students deepen their understanding of ancient and modern literature and culture, and develop a lifelong appreciation of the Classics. Our approach to teaching includes an investigation into how and why the Classics have endured and woven themselves so deeply into our modern lives.

Carleton College is honored to host an inspiring summer program designed for the best and brightest college-bound students representing high schools across the country. The Carleton Liberal Arts Experience (CLAE) will select 52 high school students who have just completed their sophomore year and bring them to Carleton, all expenses paid, for a one-week summer program. The CLAE program introduces the strengths of a liberal arts education through an array of courses in science, art, social sciences, and technology.
Centenary Summer Scholars feature pre-college summer programs. Located in Hackettstown, New Jersey, Centenary University provides a fun and creative learning space in which students can make the most of our wonderful resources. The College Horizons Scholars Program is a three-week summer program designed to empower Native American, Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian College Horizons alumni in their transition from high school to college. NMH Summer Session students come from all over the U.S. and the world, and they each have their own goals. On our four-week programs, students choose two subjects, a major and a minor in the UK and Europe; a major and a workshop in America. The major meets for three-and-a-half hours, six mornings per week. The minor and the workshop meet for two hours, three afternoons per week.
On our one-week summer programs, students choose one major subject per week, and a different minor for each day. On our one-week spring programs, students choose one major subject, and undertake a wide range of social, experiential, and academic extracurricular activities every afternoon.

Our mission for our Junior Summer School is to empower and inspire. We offer four exciting programs for students aged 8-12 at Uppingham School where, through fascinating classes and practical workshops, students express their creativity, boost their confidence and make friends in a fun, safe and inspirational environment.
Our courses for students aged 13-18 are designed to help ambitious young people to kick start their futures by spending the summer studying on career-focused courses in Oxford, Cambridge or Yale. With courses ranging from Creative Arts to Experimental Psychology, we have a program to help every student achieve their goals.
Motivated students ages 10+ will enhance their summer through additional learning opportunities on a unique, downtown campus. Students enjoy access to the University's award-winning faculty, cutting-edge facilities and a hands-on, experiential learning style. We offer programs in athletics, cinema, arts, dance, forensic science, journalism, and theatre.

The Pomona College Academy for Youth Success (PAYS) enrolls up to 90 local high school students and seeks to support them in preparing for admission to selective and highly selective colleges and universities. PAYS participants engage in a thought-provoking combination of courses, cultural events, workshops, projects and field trips during the intensive 4-week, residential program as well as throughout the academic year. PAYS serves rising sophomores through rising seniors from groups traditionally underrepresented in higher education—students who are first in their family to attend college; from low income families; and are African American, Latino, Native American, Pacific Islander, and/or part of other underrepresented racial or ethnic groups.
Leadership, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship
This immersion will focus on entrepreneurial thinking and leadership in creative environments to provide a greater understanding of the tools that every innovative organization needs to succeed. Through a series of collaborative exercises, including leadership visioning, entrepreneurial idea generation, and experimental market research, you will learn to apply a variety of design thinking skills, mindsets, and strategies for working in and managing creative businesses – and for starting new ones. Sample topics include how to frame and re-frame problems, how to challenge assumptions, how to work in creative teams, how to generate and test creative ideas, and how to tell a compelling story through a verbal and visual pitch presentation.

Welcome to Discover the World of Communication, where you will learn to build a digital portfolio, write a script, shoot and edit a film, write a news story like a pro, speak with confidence, persuade, inform, educate, and entertain. Our professional, hands-on workshops-open to students entering grades 9 through 12-are taught by American University School of Communication faculty and communication professionals.
The St. Albans School of Public Service (SPS) lasts only four weeks each summer, but our students describe it as "life-changing." The School of Public Service is a unique program that brings 35-40 rising high school seniors from all over the United States and the world to the heart of Washington, D.C., where they undertake an in-depth exploration of government, politics, and public service. If you are accepted to SPS, you'll use the case study method (the teaching method used in graduate programs in law, business, and public policy) to dissect public policy issues ranging from the debate over the use of enhanced interrogation methods and drones in the war on terror, to the ethics of undercover journalism, to the efforts here and abroad to achieve equity in education.

SCA Scholars is a multi-year, intensive pre-college program for female students from the greater Los Angeles area and the Inland Empire. Through mentorship from Scripps College faculty and staff, participants develop the confidence and skills to be well-prepared college applicants, successful college students, and professionals who create positive, lasting change.
Skidmore is well known not only as a highly selective liberal arts college but also as one with a studio art program that rivals those of the best fine arts colleges. Skidmore's unique curriculum offers students the opportunity to pursue one of three academic tracks: 2 liberal arts courses, two studio art courses, or one of each. In addition to the coursework in the Studio Arts, Pre-College students can also take full advantage of the Summer Studio Art Program, which offers special workshops and hosts visiting artists, gallery talks and more, creating a vibrant community that attracts both serious art students and those engaged in exploration.

On this two-week residential program based at Macalester College, students will learn the skills for making a successful podcast. They will get the chance to work alongside talented hosts, producers, and sound engineers from American Public Media, with access to APM’s state-of-the-art studios and production facilities in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota.
Designed for all experience levels, high school students on this program will gain valuable skills in audio production, interviewing and journalism, and writing and storytelling—foundational skills that can be applied across disciplines. Students then create their own podcast on their topic of choice, guided by passion, curiosity, and inspiring mentors.
